Biography

Jessica C. Stieber has nearly 20 years of civil litigation experience in the state and federal courts of Colorado and Wyoming – much of which was spent as a Partner at two preeminent Colorado firms. She has represented clients in cases with damages alleged at up to $50M and has guided her clients through business operations, risk management, contract drafting and negotiation, settlement negotiations, discovery, arbitration, and trial. She is known for maintaining a delicate balance between attention to detail and persuasive story telling.

From the age of 12, Jessica grew up in Colorado Springs as the daughter of a United States Army Officer. She attended college and graduate school at the University of Colorado at Colorado Springs – earning a dual degree with high honors in Political Science and History and a master’s degree in public administration. She graduated from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law in 2006 where she was elected to student government and was voted as the 2006 Outstanding Barrister by her classmates. She participated in moot court and earned awards as a Finalist in the Wechsler National Criminal Appellate Advocacy Competition, Best Direct Examination and Semi-Finalist in the 2006 DU/CU Cup, and Outstanding Orator and Semi-Finalist in the 2004 Hoffman Cup.
