Biography

David W. Price attended Arizona State University where he graduated Magna Cum Laude with bachelor’s degrees in Economics and Political Science. Mr. Price earned his law degree from Vanderbilt University in 2000 and was admitted to the Colorado State Bar in 2021. Mr. Price has been involved in the real estate industry since the mid 1990’s in a variety of capacities, including land use planning, commercial and residential real estate investing, property management, and commercial and residential real estate brokerage. Mr. Price’s other professional experience includes over 20 years managing sales, marketing, and operations personnel.

In his spare time, Mr. Price enjoys hiking, reading, and relaxing in the Colorado mountains.
